Nope your all wrong. You only have to have a bank account to add and withdraw funds. If you want to set up a paypal account and only have a credit card, go buy something from someone who prefers paypal, or donate to me ( http://pyrotechnix.dk ) any amount using credit card and it will ask you for your email address then after payment is final they will ask you if youd like to set up an account using this email address then you just enter a password since the credit card info is in their system you now have a paypal account, and you never need to have a bank account affiliated with paypal, although I recommend it. You can always withdraw your funds through having them send you a check, although, it can take some time to get to you.

HI
You need to have a credit/debit card to be able to set up a paypal account and to be able to add/withdraw funds etc.

No I don't think you can. You have to have a bank account. Unless they have changed the rules recently.
