I have read that they actually keep 3-4 weeks after the expiration date, but personally I wouldn't eat eggs that expired 11 days ago.

If you decide to take the chance, crack one and pour it into a bowl, the white of the egg should be thick, if it is watery(thinned out) then they are definitely no good.

Eggs are perfectly safe to eat after the expiration date but consume in a safe way. I wouldn't eat it sunny-side up or easy over (don't eat it in any way that the egg would still be raw.) However, it is fine to use it in a cake, cookies, or cooking it scrambled or hard-boiling it.

Well, that's been about 11 days... they SHOULD be ok, they'll just be old.

Crack one onto a plate, and see how far the yolk stands up. If it's a definite difference between the height of the white and the yolk, it's still ok. If the yolk immediately breaks, they're getting a bit old and probably should be replaced.

As long as they do not smell funny when you break them open, they should be okay. Just make sure they are cooked completely before you eat them.
