They are starting to ease off now and Im going to take a bath to ease the pain but what could it be?

it does sound like a virus. give it until tuesday and if you arent feeling any better i would suggest seeing your doctor. if it is a virus the only thing you can do is let it run its course usually about 7-10 days

Gas is most likely, but if you are a female of a certain age it could also be PCOS, ovarian cysts, really bad UTI, or something else like appendicitis, irritable bowel, etc. The fact that you have had diarrhea recurrent for more than one week is a signal, along with the pain, that you should start asking medical questions.

Virus. I often get a similar-sounding thing. Eat light stuff (boiled rice, dry toast, not much fun but easily digested). Drink plenty of warm drinks (tea without milk, infusions), see your doc if it doesn't go away.
It's a great mini-diet though!! ;-)

Honey, please don't use the internet for medical advice. You need to call a doctor or at least call a wise adult if you have no insurance. There is always the emergency room.
