"Jesus swept."

(There's a chap hereabouts who does this brand of humor far better than I ever could, and anyway, this one isn't even mine, I liberated it from the Internet.)

We read about His "house cleaning" in the story of Noah's flood.

The L-RD cleans House when He (a) washes the world of sin during the Days of Noah, and (b) when He is baptized in order to keep His covenant that He would never cover the world again to wash away sin, but He who takes on the sins of the world is covered and, upon arising from the water, which He announced He was doing for the sake of righteousness, the Ruach HaKodesh/Holy Spirit flies down, as it did in Noah's day, as a dove, and YHWH declares it is ok, the world is clean.

He cleaned it when He could not find a single person in Sodom who was true and without sin.

But, if you are asking where Yeshua/Jesus cleaned house by "sweeping," Yeshua says it here:
Mat 12:43 “When an evil spirit comes out of a man, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it.
Mat 12:44 Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left.’ When it arrives, it finds the house unoccupied, swept clean and put in order.

and here:

Luk 11:24 “When an evil spirit comes out of a man, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left.’
Luk 11:25 When it arrives, it finds the house swept clean and put in order.

At one point in my life, I might have found it as a joke, too. I was one who believed in "pedal to the metal" driving, one who was into relational/love/sex addictions, yelling and cussing, adultery, so many things. Man, talk about a life filled with the evil spirit. I was funny, doing comedy bits on stage that would draw loads of laughter. Then I changed, a true re-birth, a true reawakening.

I realized that salvation, being saved, had so little to do with Heaven and Hell, and so much more to do with myself, being cleaned, being baptized by water and spirit, and devoting myself to my faith as a Messianic Jew who believes that Jeremaiah 31:31-34 sent Yeshua my way in the New Covenant so my spirit could be cleaned. The evil spirit did take a step aside, and now, there are simply none of the inclinations I used to have.

I now understand why 12-step programs like the ones I went to are based on a belief ina Higher Power, and several end in the LRD's Prayer.

Jesus, by the way, also cleaned His house when He sent Judas out of it the night of the Passover in which He died. The Jews, and Jesus was and always will be One, cleaned their house of the Leaven before the Passover ceremony--and when Judas left and only the Apostles who were loyal remained, the house was clean.

It is a danerous thing to take God's Word and distort it! Have you not heard God say "I will not be mocked." But to answer your question, the Lord's housecleaning is soon-coming and it will be a world-wide cleaning when He seperates the wheat ( Christians ) from the tares ( non-believer's ). Christians will be ushered home to heaven and all nonbeliever's will be cast into a fire will there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth ( Matthew13:25-40 ). When He does this, Christians will live in the cleanest house for all eternity.

Nothing. The Lord God does not need house cleaning literally. When it is church cleaning , it is the weed put of the sinners by means of punishing them to go to hell and to be burn on the lake of fire.

blood work has a dual purpose:
- takes nourishment(grace & truth) to body
- removes impurities(law & laws) from body

blood shed has one purpose:
- kill(law) the body, including the head

pst: may your ha ha become aha
(may your law law become grace)
may it be before your @ss is grass

pst: the "you all" in the end begins with "you"

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.
