For oil feed, you usually get an adapter fitting with 2 threaded female fittings (and 1 male, of course), and use the oil pressure sensor hole (sensor should be below the exhaust).

Remove the oil pressure sensor, install the fitting, install the pressure sensor in one hole, and install the oil feed line in the other. You will have to decide what kind of fitting to use depending on space.

Take your sensor (and line if you have it) to a NAPA or Carquest and tell them what you need, they're usually the best places for stuff like this.
If they don't have it, try your local hardware store.

If you bought a kit, the directions will be found there. If you just bought a turbo and are trying to install it on your own, look on the engine block near the oil filter or pump for an oil outlet.
