I don't know whether to laugh or puke. Those who fervently say that the draft is coming know absolutely squat about what is going on beyond what they watch on CNN and FOX. If there is a draft, it will be due to a SERIOUS threat to national security (nothing short of a homeland invasion). If you would dodge a draft in that scenario, I call you a treasonist, and I say good riddance to you if you decide to move out of the US.

I hope we don't start a draft. If I were still in the Army, I'd rather have a squad of volunteers anyday over a division of draftees facing the enemy.

anyone in the military will tell you that starting the draft is a terrible idea. Personaly i wouldnt want to be doing my job with a draftee around becuse i dont want to get killed.
