Because their true religion, if they think they have one, is blanketed and bogged down with all sorts of mythical rubbish which started as stories of examples, but in the tellings and enhancements and embellishing of them over hundreds of years, not one of them can pin point where exactly the origins of the stories came from.
The main suspect is that a god created the figure of a man, then the man asked for a mate, so the god took a rib from the man and made a woman.
Now the problem is this: why have men got the same number of ribs as a woman? Why could this magical god not make a woman in the same way as he made the man? It does not make sense and is not feasible. And why is it a sin to obtain a baby by the man and woman having sex? Think about it. That was conjured up by some boring priest who was not sexually orientated, probably homosexual, and looked upon sex with a woman as a sin - just because he didn`t like it. And, as was the norm, and still is today, priests are infallible, so they, the public think, and what they say must be true because they are men of god.
Basically, it is all in the brainwashed minds of those who have been taught by low-class, low-minded, low-intelligent people.

I want to convert you to Imaginary Society.

http://www.imaginarysociety.us/index.html

We converted two years ago, and have been never happier. Plus we were allowed to keep our old relgion, and now we hold dual religionality.

We have found a joy in Imaginary Society that goes beyond any single religion, because now we have two religions; and we will still go to heaven, assuming there is a heaven.

And even if it is only imaginary, no problem; we got that covered too.

Life is truly sweet.

Have you considered Imaginary Society?

If you convert to them you are allowed to have one other religion.
