Lucky little boy... sure do know of some train bedding... Here you go... Oh... and I won't give you links to Thomas the Train bedding, as I don't like the idea of the face on the train and that kind of bedding won't last long as the child will outgrow it quickly. I prefer bedding that will last a few years. I gather you're looking for bedding with real trains on it... So, here goes:

Thomas The Train stuff is very popular, I resently saw lots of it on E-bay, including bedding, towels, etc. Also try Bed, Bath & Beyond.
