Anxiety: Wellbutrin, Prozac, Effexor, etc.
It's the most common sign of Anxiety and Depression. You are depressed and think you are going to die. Either go to a psychologist or your family MD and get on Effexor.

well, there are two options.
1. wash your hands before you eat ANYTHING, make sure your food is cooked properly, only eat three meals a day, so you're not over doing it, limit yourself to one treat a day, i.e. 1 chocolate bar, or 1 small bowl of ice cream, when travelling or anything, take sickness pills, and keep away from ill people. do this for the rest of your life, or until you get over this fear.
2. over eat and make yourself sick on purpose to show yourself that there is nothing to be afraid of. i also know though that it isn't always possible to face a fear, since i know i will never get over my fear of slugs and snails.
There are other ways, such as seeing a hypnotist (i know not a lot of people believe in these, but if you find one that might be doing a show in a pub or something, since it is free you could give it a shot), counselling or seeing a psychiotrist.

Eating healthy foods and exercising will help tremendously. Also avoid cigarettes, fast food and other quick fixes. Eventually you will die of something. There are sicknesses that are transmitted from person to person or go through the air. You can't prevent everything, but you will do a lot better. You do the best you can and let the rest go.

You should go and see your Doctor and talk to therapist that can help you to deal with your fear.
I have anxiety and depression and have been trying an alternative therapy called Emotional Freedom Technique and it has really worked for me and helped me a lot. Since using it I have been feeling a lot better. It's very good at getting rid of all kinds of negative emotions and dealing with all kinds of issues quickly. It does sound bizarre but does work. Might be something that can help you with your fear.

Anything you can do? Like to prevent sickness?
Well you can drink lots of water eat your fruits and veggies, and make sure you do your daily exercise. All this will make your body stronger against the little buggers that make people sick.

No food is 100% safe. Sounds like you have emetophobia, if you are talking about fear of throwing up. Seek help from a therapist or counsellor... hope you get better soon:(

If you want to avoid to be sick, the best medicin that i can give you is sport. Just try and practice sport and you will not be sick. You must also avoid eating bad food.

well i suggest some clear soup or some complan which comes into differnt flavours like chicken or mushroom or plain just get a cup add hot milk or water and drink it and also a good tonic that will perk u up which you can buy in the chemists

Drink at least 1-2 cups of OJ every morn and take vitimins. I also use ALOT of hand wash- on like everything i touch carts steering wheels, strollers- everything
