It can´t be done.
The text is a part of the picture.
The same thing happens when you look in a mirror with a T-shirt and try to read the text on your T-shirt.
The only thing you can do is erasing the text.

It can be, and is done everyday.
It is just a tad tougher than most simple stuff, and I don't know if paint has these options.
Cut and paste.just the image of the person you will have to crop just the person. flip them and then paste them back on the Image. is one way .
2nd way is to copy the raw Image 3 times renaming each a little different. then you can use layers to do the exact same thing, one with the backround and one with the person, and the 3rd if you screw it up it will allow you to have one to re-copy and start over with.

Yes, I just did it. The best way is to send the photo to your phone. Most androids have the option on
photo editor to flip a photo vertically or horizontally. Then send the photo back to your laptop.

Use Photoshop, you can put the image in different layers, with the same image, you can erase the background, and in the bacground where you have text, you can then erase the image.
