My two boys do the same. They are used to getting up early during the week so I can go to work. So on the week end they are up at the same time.

Her interal clock is set to get up at that time becuase she has for so long.
It is difficult to change an internal clock but it can be done.
Now that fall is coming it might be easier since it will be darker longer in the am
Start by keeping her up an extra 15 min a night for a few days. Then once she adjusts move it to 1/2 hour longer at night. Make sure she has a healthy and filling snack before going to bed so she wont wake up hungry. Eventually she'll sleep longer but she'll also be going to bed a little later.
Pretty soon they'll be old enough to get some easy breakfas t and either go back to bed or watch tv til you can get up.

Try putting them to bed a little later, like around 9 or 9:30. That should help things.
