it could be alot of things...were you lifting something heavy?
does your hip go out of place alot?
you could of slept wrong?
did you just work out, you could of pulled a muscle or
if the pain goes down your leg it could be sciatica

It could be a case of sprained back normally associated with long hours of sitting in the same posture! Reflect back and take remedial measures so as not to aggravate the problem! Keep walking and keep stretching!

Are you flat footed on the left side. if so you may be experiencing pain due to the fot deformity which can cause a mal alignment of joint from the ankle up to your neck. You should see a podiatrist or chiropractor.

you might have the begining stages of DDD, degenerative disc diease, everyone gets it sooner or later some people get it sooner than others.do some physical therapy .here is where you can get some good ideas for exercises
