No. Adam and Eve sinned first, whoever thinks it was Moses needs to read the Bible.

Haley is correct. Christians do not believe that Moses was the first sinner. He did sin. First he murdered a man in anger and secondly as mentioned the striking of the rock.

But the first sinners were Adam and Eve. Both the Old Testament and the New Testament affirm this.

I have never heard of this Moses first sin. Are you refering to when he was upset and broke the tablets the 10 commandments where on? That was not the first sin.
Most people say that Adam and Eve committed the first sin by eating from the tree of knowledge when they were told not to.

Since when was Moses the first one to sin?

I believe it was Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, and in Genesi chapters 1- about 4 it talks about creation and about why our world is so sinful today.

So, no, Moses was not the first to sin,

Original sin was from Adam and Eve. The story of Adam and Eve and Noah is a spiritual account of the Most Ancient church and the Ancient church.

Moses was told to speak to the rock....

Although he spoke many words, please note that none of them were to the rock.

The sin was disobedience: He simply did not do what God told him to do, and he reaped the consequences. Thereby, Moses did not get to see the Promised Land. Joshua led the Israelites into the Promised Land

Actually Father K is right, although I think there was something about hitting the rock with his staff. God only wanted to kill him for my answer.
