It's not easy to break of this but me and my wife spent most of the night changing beds until she got so tired she stopped looking for us and went to sleep. after that she was easy to put her in her own bed. unfortunately she ended up in our bed and we ended up on the couch

You do not want to let her get used to sleeping in your bed, that is a bad habit. I made that mistake with my daughter. What my doctor told me to do was to tell her that if she gets scared in the middle of the night and comes in my room let her bring a blanket and pillow and sleep on the floor next to my bed. She may also just need to hear some kind of noise...maybe let her listen to a lullaby cd while falling asleep or put a fan in the hallway right outside her bedroom (that's how my neices fall asleep)
Good luck!

my son's going to be 4 in Oct. and went and is still going through that. I found the best way to get over that is get them their own bed, lay next to them on the floor with them in their bed, read them a book and they'll fall asleep then get up and go do what you have to do.. that's what i do... good luck

stop allowing it. put her in her bed at night every time she gets up you need to nip this now. it wont be easy since you allowed her in your bed in the first place(yes i have a child) every time she gets up take her back to her bed you will have a few nights of little sleep but she will give up. do this with out speaking to your child. dont engage her after the second trip back to her bed.
