Many people bite their tongue when they eat fast. Some people have the habit of biting in sleep. In all such cases little wound will be there and blood will be coming. But one greatest advantage with tongue is such wounds get healed up very fast say in a day or two. Only mouth ulcers healing require time and medication.

So you need not at all worry for tumors coming out of biting of tongue.-

It won't give you a tumour like cancer, but you may end up with a firm lump in the area that you bite. The lump would consist of a little bit of blood (like in a bruise) and some scar tissue. Don't worry about it.

I doubt it.

I think that will only happen if you like chew on your tongue as if it were chewing gum. If you bit your tongue by accident twice a week or something, you will be fine.
