My wife and sons were previously called **** pakis and I was called as **** foreigner by certain English people even though me and my son are born in England. I was still angry because they couldnt live here and had to leave the country. I couldnt protect them without fear of arrest. When I was drunk I was walking around shouting the words that these people called me and my family because I was angry. I got arrested and charged with using threatening abusive or insulting words within the hearing or sight of people likely to be caused harrasment, alarm or distress. I admit I used these words but they were not directed at anybody with a racist intent!

The land of my forefathers is England, I am English, though my mother is South African and my wife and sons are Japanese/Thai. I did report the harrasment on numerous occasions, and when it didnt stop I tried to stop them, I was told I cant take the law into my own hands like in South Africa and I was threatened with arrest. I did live in Japan for 2 years, but I had to come back to England recently. If I was angry with anyone it was not **** foreigners and **** pakis, but certain English people, but I did not call them English ****!

It's disgraceful that you were insulted in such a manner by mindless individuals, but you are only bringing yourself down to their level by using the same words. You could be guilty of causing a breach of the peace, at the very least. Plead guilty and apologise.

It sounds as though you should plead guilty to a straightforward charge under section 5 of the Public Order Act of using threatening abusive or insulting words within the hearing or sight of people likely to be caused harrassment, alarm or distress thereby and explain the circumstances to the court. Having been the target of this sort of language yourself, you knew full well that it was calculated to upset the hearer, so you have no option but to plead guilty. I think, however, that if the magistrate(s) hear(s) about the general frustration that you have been feeling, this may well result in a reduction in the sentence which would otherwise be meted out to you.

I'm sorry you were abused by others, but the fact you got drunk and shouted out racist taunts that were originally directed to you does not exempt you from punishment under the law.

Did you report and was the offence committed to yourself and family dealt with by the police and courts?

Tell your solicitor that you were not shouting abuse at any individual, you were just upset because you had to send your wife and son out of the country for their own safety and you were just letting everyone know what abuse you have had to suffer.
Good Luck.

There are only three (3) "Races"; Negroid, Mongoloid, Caucasoid, if you remember your high school science classes.
People are confusing "race" with "ethnicity."
"Hispanic" is not a "race" it is an "ethnic group" just like Saxon, Berber or Anglo.
Unless they're Black or Asian most Hispanics are Caucasion.
Being of Irish descent I can't claim to be "of a different race" by referring to myself as "Celtic." That's my "ethnic" group not my "race."
Don't they teach science in California schools anymore?
Also, "race" is determined by anatomy not by skin color.
Most people in India are Caucasoid.
Think about it, they're not Negroid or Mongoloid.
What does that leave?
Legally, if someone is the same "race" as you you can't be charged with a "racially" motivated crime against them.
Judges need to be made aware of these scientific facts.
Of course most lawyers and judges wearn't real strong in science, that's probably why they went to law school instead of studying science.

what gets me is this.. in england we have a saying "dont want to go where i am notwanted" why do you want to be where you are not wanted, why are you willing to see your family tore to peices, with some in one nation and some in anouther, what are the benefits of this to you personaly. o.k. so you was born here, but this is not the landof your forfathers is it, this is the land of the stranger as far as you are conscerned.
have you no spiritual desires to live in the land of your true inherritance, instead of putting your family through this misery, just because material possesions are easyer to attain
in this land. i can not see long term benefits in being in a place where they dont want you, i just dont understand that.
