i am putting new brake discs on my car but i am unsure as to which way round they go? they are vented and grooved does anyone know which way they go?

The vents or grooves should point backwards i.e. the vent/groove nearest the hub should be ahead of the vent/groove nearest the edge of the disc.

The discs will only fit on one way. The "grooves" will be on the show on the outside and the vented area will be nearer the hub.

asuming the disks are ebc vented and grooved the grooves at the top of the disk when they are fitted to the car ought to be pointing towards the rear of the car/van

no offence, but if u have to ask this question is is a good idea , for you to be fitting them yourself ,lol
