I think it's around 250 channels or so. I like to watch the learning channels. Can't get too much knowledge! Animal planet is a fun channel too. The channel I watch the most is Sci-Fi.

I can receive about 50 channels through my freeview box but i never use it. I hardly watch tv at all anyway. I think it must be about 3 months now since i last had the tv on.

I have only the basic service. What I want is an "a la carte" system where I only pay for the channels I want. I don't want the shopping channel, or the two religious channels.

I have 36 if I decide to sit and watch something I just flick looking for something worth watching. Its sad that the weather channel is the best one sometimes. I pay over 40 dollars a month for s**t. What a rip off.

lmao How's it hangin' this morning? CNN is good for a laugh. Nothing but lie after lie. I probably watch a grand total of about 10 channels out of about 500. If Spongebob isn't on......Sucks doesn't it?

A lot more than I need. I usually only flip between Discovery and History, with an occasional PBS (for Nova) and an occasional Comedy Central (for South Park).
