Go to you doctor ASAP. Don't put it off it. Bright red blood means it is occurring low in the bowel. Either way it is a problem a doctor needs to be aware of and to get the right treatment for you

I do know 3 things for a fact.
1. You need to go see a doctor. Quit reading this, get up and go make an appointment. Your still here? Go make an appointment NOW, not later, NOW.
2. Yes piles will bleed sometimes. The blood should be light in color for piles, and should never pour out as you describe. Darker deep red or reddish brown is not good, but hey you made an appointment and the doc will take care of you.
3. Yes colon cancer can bleed also, but rare. Don't worry your gonna see the Doc right! ! ! your gonna be fine.

I survived colon, prostate, kidney, and stomach cancers. I have a full and normal life today. In fact to meet me you would never know i had cancer in the past, unless I told you, or you knew my sister. I doubt that you have cancer though but don't tke my word/opinion or anyone else's on yahoo answers, see a doctor.
GOOD LUCK

Bleeding is VERY common with piles and hemorrhoids. You chances are good that it isn't cancer. Still... if you have bleeding piles, you should make an appointment with your doctor. Piles and hemorrhoids can be treated. There is also the chance that you have a fissure (a tear in the lining of the colon). See a doctor and give an honest and complete account about the symptoms you're experiencing.

No-one can be sure unless you see your doctor. From your description, it is piles. You need to improve your diet and eat fresh veg, and fiber like bread, which will cure piles fast. See your doc as well, because online diagnoses are not 100%.

My dad died of bowel maximum cancers and he lost weight, no longer able to consume and if he did he became ill, yellowing pores and skin, abdomen discomfort, he died 6weeks after diagnoses, Google bowel maximum cancers yet looks such as you have constipation and the two have a fissure or piles.

No relation between piles and cancer has been found. A simple look inside is done by a procedure called proctoscopy

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/g9CFQ
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.
