To take any medicines, even over the counter ones, you best ask your doctor for a declaration.
That states what they are, and that you (your baby) needs them.
Take them in their original containers, still sealed if possible, in a zip-lock bag, with all other liquids in the diaper bag.

As the other answerer said, liquids should be allowed when in baby bottles, but some airports do read the rules different from others.
If you can get water and apple juice in containers 100 ml or smaller each, bring them and an empty baby bottle.

Water should be available after safety checks, but it depends on the airport.
In England you get into a lounge with cafe and so, in other places I have had just one toilet block and no seating, so you better call the airport to see what to expect.

If you're flying through Frankfurt, don't worry. I just did alone with three kids. All had sippy cups with apple juice and it was let through. The Benadryl should be fine too but make sure you've given it to her before. I'm allergic to it (ended up in the ER) and twice as a F/A, I saw children get the *opposite* reaction, becoming totally wired for the whole flight.

For more information on flying with children, I wrote an article a few years back and put it on the web to help other parents. It's entirely non-commercial.

Have a good flight!

I just did this we live in italy and went back to the states for vacation. Its going to depend on the airport you fly though. They let me bring the baby meds and food no problem. I bought those little four once containers of juice and kept them closed till after sercuiry because everything in my sons bottle they made me dump. i also tryed carrying on a hot water bottle because my son would only drink his bottles hot and one airport made me dump it and then had no place to get food, drinks, or warm bottles once past sercuity, So my son had to cry till we bored the plane two hours later. Another airport just made me drink a sip of his bottle then let it pass. Sorry i cant be more helpful but this is what happened to us.
