that it has nuggets of shining prose that are lost in internal inconsistencies that could have been solved by a decent line editor? Why would God not fact checked such an important document?

I really believe you have not read the bible, are not capable of reading the bible, and are speaking from complete ignorance. You lack any substance in your questions, instead relying on immature word play. Congrats.
Why is it so difficult to find something worthwhile to do with your time?

The fact that the same accounts have different wording and opinion make it hard to deny. How many different 911 stories were there? From one man's perspective there was an explosion, from another man's, a collapse, both being the same incident.

Humans are clumsy, so the level of accuracy along with the level of human inaccuracy suggests that the Bible would be totally backwards if the words were not divinely inspired. God didn't need to "fact-check" the Bible. Somehow man was trusted to record it, and even though man didn't do a perfect job, everything is still there.

God can do anything he wants, but if the records in the Bible were 100% aligned and proven, people would just make up another excuse. God doesn't force the truth on anyone. You either take it by faith, or spend a lifetime scrambling for imaginary alternatives. And even while scrambling it takes faith to believe in anything but God. I suggest you actually read some of it.

Why is it so difficult to state the obvious of the Bible?...that it has shining nuggets to be searched and found of God's promises and warnings that are lost to most due to internal corruption of one's soul due to sin and inconsistencies that could be forgiven by the Lord. Yes, why do non-believer's not fact-check God's Word with the events that have been happening for years in their faces? Then it would not be so difficult to state the obvious.......that the Bible is Truth, the Word of the Living God.

God did. He told you to read "line upon line, precept upon precept, and here a little and there a little." In other words, search the Scriptures and some wordings have 2 or 3 meanings or happenings or the same thing happens more than once. What seems contradictory by one prophet is made plain by another prophet.

Study the Bible. Just don't read it. We are to stay in the Word of God and even ask the Holy Spirit to reveal it to us.
The Holy Spirit teaches all things and without the Holy Spirit you will never understand His words.

To be honest, and god has confided this to me personally, he was pretty stoned when he wrote most of it. He said he thought no one was going to take it seriously anyway...
