Why do some food packets dont say the vitamins they contain on them?
for example i heard tuna had selenium and other nutrients but it only says protein , carbs and fat on the packet. unlike spinach which says many vitamins on the packet.

also sunflower seeds are supposed to contain vitamin e but the packet only says it has magnesium? why doesnt my yogurt say calcium on it?
