Why not Muslims also? You are not being fair. They are also theists. Are you scared of them? Or do you just have a special hatred of Christians?

Paul S. I was not lying when I posted that question. I was using figures from a reliable source. The authors of that book will not publish those figures if they didn't have any documentary evidence.

Special hatred of Christians.
Well, it's actually that I am personally more exposed to Christianity and so it affects my life in a day-to-day way more than other religions. So it gets more mock-time.

Perhaps because we are Christian atheists! And yes I know that's a contradiction. But what I mean is, it was the religion we were brought up with and tough in school. It was that one, well for me, that made me question the probability of God creating the world. So although for me I don't believe in any gods I usually think of the Christian god when God is mention for the previous reason. I don't think I've explained it very well - sorry! And I don't poke fun at Christians I express my views like Christians do.

Pretending not to notice the bad behavior of Christians here - including your own (below) - is pretty dishonest of you, kid.
Doesn't the fact that you have to lie so much to defend your religious beliefs tell you something about the quality of those beliefs? It should.
=====================
You recently posted "According to my research atheism is more murderous than Christianity and Islam put together" (and then did that atheism=communism bullshit).
It's exactly the kind of behavior you're showing here that leads us to conclude that Christians are liars with no morality whatsoever.
====================
You wrote:
"Paul S. I was not lying when I posted that question. I was using figures from a reliable source."
and (in that earlier question):
"Fact: Christianity values human life because it believes every man, including atheists, have a soul. Atheists don't believe in a life hereafter, so ..."
Man, you're dishonest to the core, aren't you? Do you have any sense of morality whatsoever? Doesn't it bother you to have to lie so much? Do you really think that you're getting away with this?
Here's a little morals lesson for you: when you get caught lying, you can't turn it into the truth by telling the same lie again. Or twice more. Or three times more. If you keep telling the same lie over and over again, you don't eventually become an honest man.

First of all, i don't poke fun at christians or christianity, i just get extremely angry when they try to push their beliefs on me. I don't hate anyone, except the leader of my country, but thats another issue, i find that people of religion usually hate others of no religion or a different religion, which seems hypocritical to me! I find i don't get angry at muslims as they don't seem to try and push their religion on to others, nor do the jews. It seems that the christians are the only ones that try to do that, some more than others. Do you see muslims and jews door knocking to convert people like certain christian groups i know of?? I think not.
I guess the whole thing is based around the hypocrisy i see in the church and the need for christians to enforce their views onto others.

Atheists in middle east do poke fun mostly on Muslims because most of their interactions are with Muslims.

well perhaps because most atheists were brought up in a mainly xian society
perhaps it's because most of the posters on R & S are in fact xians
perhaps xians are the ones posting the questions that need poking fun at

in many circumstances, atheists stay in worldwide places that have freedom of religion. not very many Islamic worldwide places have freedom of religion - and for that reason they have few atheists. this implies that the atheists will finally end up having greater publicity to Christians and could finally end up having greater very own court docket circumstances against Christianity. If greater atheists had greater touch with Muslims, they could probable ***** approximately them greater.

well were are you talking about? if you are talking about in the US, then you will find 80% of Americans self identify themselves as Christian. So therefore most interactions between theists and atheists in the US would involve Christians. Don't paint all atheists as poking fun at Christians. I don't. I feel sorry for you and your mental illness. I would never poke fun at someones schizophrenic paranoid delusions. I just hope you get help, and dont try and force your delusions on me.

Well, since I was an atheist first, that is the reason I poke fun at them. They are mostly good people, just here more for laughs than to say things that are hurtful.

I haven't really noticed, and I'm a Christian. I think that they DO make fun of other religions...it's just that many Christians try to "push their beliefs" on others. We don't mean to, but I'm sure it's true. So that's why atheists may seem to be more hostile towards Christianity.
Also, Christians have done horrible things to other people throughout history. This makes people pretty hostile towards it.
