#1: well, there isn't exactly a word on hebrew which means my baby, but 'mami [mah-mee] sheli [sheh-lee]' is kinda like my baby...
מאמי שלי
or if u wana say 'my love' u can write ahuvatee [ah-hoo-vah-tee]
אהובתי

#2: veh bevakasha [beh-vah-kah-shah], al [ahl] teevkee

ובבקשה, אל תבכי

Good luck with that tatoo =]

1)my love - מאמי שלי

2) I wasn't sure if you want it with the word AND or without it.

with (boy) ובבקשה אל תבכה
without (boy) בבקשה אל תבכה

with (girl) ובבקשה אל תבכי
without (girl) בבקשה אל תבכי

luck!!

"Dodi" would work for the first one.
(Dod = love, baby, etc.)
Please don't cry =
Al tivkeh b'vakasha (if you are talking to a man)
Al tivki b'vakasha(if you are talking to a woman).
