If you are 22 then the chances of growing further is somewhat difficult. However you can try as under.

Some height increasing exercises, along with proper diet and better sleeping habits, may help aid the growing process. However, for an adult to grow taller significantly is something that has not been substantiated with evidence by medical professionals. Adolescents who are still growing may see some improvements, especially if they adhere to the nutritional advice. An important factor is age. You can't change or control when your growth plates fuse up and close. Usually this happens around the age of 24. You may still grow after that, but it is a lot harder. Younger children may grow taller more with a good diet and a better exercise plan than they might grow without them. Genetics still play a very important role to determine the final height of an individual.

As with any other exercise program, the key to success is dedication and persistence. A lot of people fail to follow an exercise plan because they start off with an abundance of enthusiasm and energy only to quit within a couple of weeks because they over did it.

Nah, sorry, but you won't grow any taller. But you can wear high heels. Or if you want to be taller permanantly, you can have surgery to stretch your legs out. I don't know how exactly they do it, though.
I wouldn't worry about it too much. My english teacher is only about 5 foot 2, but the boys in my class are still scared of her.

Depending on YOUR family genetics.
First off, most females reach their "height" at about age 15-17. Most males not until age 17-19. I actually grew very early and very late...odd...yet my eating habits changed and I was much healthier. I physically matured "developed" very early and was still very short, my senior year in high school and freshman year in college I grew a total of 4 more inches. SO who knows!
