In fact we find once again that the Qur’an actually makes a claim of preservation. There are numerous verses that make this claim, the most definitive being:
"We have without doubt, send down the message; and We will assuredly guard it(from corruption)." The Holy Qur'an, Chapter 15, Verse 9
In this verse, Allah promises that He Himself has taken on the responsibility of preserving the Qur’an. Unlike the Rabbis and Priests to whom the responsibility of preserving the previous scriptures was given, Allah is of course free of faults and perfectly able to guard His Word.

I wish we all had all Holy books in their originality. A holy book is very important to every religion followers. I am sure there must be no difference in opinion if all holy books were unaltered.
Bible has very versions. Please! Check what is red letter bible.
Lets discuss content of Holy Quran. ""
He created the Skies without any pillars that ye can see; He set on the earth mountains standing firm, lest it should shake with you; and He scattered through it beasts of all kinds. We send down rain from the sky, and produce on the earth every kind of noble creature, in pairs.""
Now tell me when scientists discovered that planet earth was in contineous shaking condition at the time of creation and mountains are providing balance to earth??????? It was stated in Holy Quran 1400 years ago. There are numerous other scripts in Holy Quran which science proved after hundereds of years.
few last words from me please read Quran's translation in your language and than have an opinion. We cant blame Islam on Muslim's practices or beliefs . There are good and bad followers in every religion.

Assalamu alaikum wr wb, mashaAllah such a beautiful story!! It makes me wonder how it feels to read the Quran when u don't understand Arabic...it must be a very magical feeling. It also makes me so much more grateful for understanding most of it, alhamdulillah! Regardless, everyone should learn Arabic, the language of the Quran. May Allah make it easy for everyone to learn the language of Your Noble Book. Ameen! Salam ya akhi--jazakAllahu khair.. Peace <3

First of all, we don't "know" any such thing about the Torah. Quite the opposite - the Torah scrolls in Qumran are EXACTLY - and I do mean exactly - the same as the Masoretic scrolls used today. When you think about how a Torah scroll is made, it is ridiculous for Muslim proselytizers to even claim it has.
When a scroll is complete, a Rabbi will count all the words in the scroll. If there is even one more or one less word, the ENTIRE scroll is thrown out.
So let's kill the lie that the Torah has changed right now.
As to Islamic proselytizers claims that the Quran has not changed, there's a lot less to this than meets the eye:
"Most Muslims claim that the text of the Qur'an is identical to that received by Muhammad. This is a convenient thing to believe, but is it the truth? There is overwhelming evidence that it is not."

peace be upon you
The Quran is the message of the God for the world " all people everywhere and everytime"
In Quran ,theGod promise to keep it so,no change has occured and no change will occur.
The Quran is the book of miracles, stories and scientific facts and all scientists wonder from this book which showed very important facts before scientists discover it.
And this is not strange as this is the book of the God who create the world and know what happen in it.
The book from the God is not for amendment so i am as muslim ,i believe in all books from the God "the real Bible , the real Torah and other real books before exposing to amendment from human"and of course the Quran itself as it didn't exposed to amendment from human

Before Quran books of religions were handed over to different nations but they could not keep with safety. Since Mohammad pbuh is the last prophet of God so God himself has taken responsibility to protect this last book of guidance for humanity.

I would imagine it is not some "divine" reason, rather, it is because Muslims hold their texts to be extremely important and have refused any revisions.
Why Muslims keep bringing this up as though it were proof alone that it is correct is beyond me, it just makes me wonder what they do and don't accept as proof, and how critical their thinking is when examining their own beliefs.
