Eating only at dinner time is a good thing but dont shortchange yourself on protein or you could end up making your self ill. As for the fashion show, you could try a liquid fast for 3 to 5 days beforehand;use your friut and veg to make smoothies and eat yogurt. And drink lots of water and juice. Fasting for anytime longer than 3 days could be dangerous.
And after this show is over i recomend you go to a book store or library to get a NUTRITION book ( notice i did not say a diet book) to find out how the various foods are processed and used by your body for fuel.
Any weight you lose quickly is more than likely to come back and the next time around will just be harder to loose, so you need to learn what is healthy for you.

Well I tried the Auschwitz diet.
I get up at 6 and I bathe then I have breakfast which would be a small roll. Minus butter or any topping. I also have a weak coffee or tea minus milk or sugar.
Then I work out buy lifting heavy things and strainning my body.
Lunch is a watery soup and piece of bread (minus butter)
A weak tea/coffee. No sugar or milk
Go back to working out
Dinner will then consist of a small boiled potato, pumpking and a few carrots.
Then it is off to bed.
I hope this works as I dropped weight pretty quickly

It's never a good idea to lose weight fast, it catches up with you as you get older.
But if you really want to lose weight in two weeks I would be exercising my butt off, and avoid eating junk food and snacking.

Five small meals a day, plenty of water and up your exercise levels dramatically! Eating only once a day causes your body to hang on to any fat stores as it thinks you are going into starvation mode. You need to up your metabolism, not slow it!
