There are 2 places to look for that info. One is the driver's door post. It gives Ford's recommendation for the most comfortable ride.
Two is the tire sidewall which gives the maximum pressure for load capacity. Best inflation pressure would be somewhere in between.

Generally it's 32-35 psi. On a low profile tire I would recommend 35 so pot holes do not bend your rims.

Manufacture tyre pressures should be on a door jamb. Or check your owners manual. I bet it is between 2.0atu and 4.0atu 28psi to 40psi
