You need to be a bit more specific.

What part of the Nicene Creed (from 325 C.E.), a summary of the Catholic faith, reflects paganism?

We believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all that is seen and unseen.

We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, one in being with the Father. Through Him all things were made. For us and our salvation He came down from heaven: by the power of the Holy Spirit, He was born of the Virgin Mary, and became man. For our sake He was crucified under Pontius Pilate; He suffered, died, and was buried. On the third day He rose again in fulfillment of the scriptures: He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son. With the Father and the Son, He is worshiped and glorified. He has spoken through the Prophets. We believe in one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church. We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins. We look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen.

With love in Christ.

I'm not completely sure what you mean by pagan. A lot of Catholic holidays and ceremonies have influences from other religions (I suppose you could call them pagan, but that's a loaded word) but this was a result of the religion spreading to so many people, not the cause of it. As to the founding of the church, Paul of Tarsus did the heavy lifting and Augustine of Hippo was the idea man. The early church tended to take a pragmatic approach to proselytizing, i.e. allowing converts to retain certain "pagan" rituals or beliefs so long as they believed in the fundamentals of Christianity. There was not any sort of conspiracy, though. Or at least no evidence of one.

Can't really call it a cover up if it's was never truly hidden. Rome did what it did too expand the church, without this Jesus would have been a third rate profit rarely spoken beyond the middle east. and why would you wish too inflictt another culture upon a race without the respect of incorporating into it some of the things that the native people respect and hounor.

You are sadly mistaken.

Christ promised to guide and protect HIS Church, which will last till the end of the age.

"And so I tell you. Peter; you are a rock, and on this rock foundation I will build my church, and not even death will ever be able to overcome it. I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of heaven; what you prohibit on earth will be prohibited in heaven and what you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven." - Matthew 16,18-20

"And teach them to obey everything I have commanded you. And I will be with you always, to the end of the age." - Matthew 28,20

The Catholic Church is the Church of the living God and the pillar and foundation of truth.

But if I delay, this letter will let you know how we should conduct ourselves in God's household, which is the Church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of truth. - 1 Timothy 3, 15

They did the same as the rest of the christian sects, they just incorporated their storoies into christianity. The very foundation of christianity, the reserrection, was just a story stolen from numerous other sources
