What is one thing you have learned in life, along the way, that you are willing to share with us?

Mine would have to be:
One minute of patience in a moment of anger can save you many days or sorrow, regret & unhappiness.
I know anger hurts alot of people, even the "angry" one.

1) think before you act - don't let instinctive or emotional reactions rule you.

2) remember to show those you love that you love them every day - life is unpredictable.

3) don't sweat the petty things, and don't pet the sweaty things.

It's a little sad that most of the lessons people list involve being guarded, but according to my daughter that's life today - trust is for chumps (her words).

Did you know there's a support group for people who talk too much? It's called OnAndOnAnon.

Cool I like your little saying there. One thing I have learned is to never let your friends, family, or outsiders guide your decision making skills. As everyone is always trying to say they know what is right for you and is the best thing. Sometimes you just have to bite the built and man or woman up on your own and own up to your feelings and behaviours. Because for sure you would be one pissed off person if you led someone else's dream for you and not your own. So best to follow your instincts and use both head and heart on a equal level. Don't ever let one get stronger than the other.

That you are who you are.. No one if worth changing yourself over..
And that if you believe in yourself- anything is possible..
I`ve learned alot in life- and made a few mistakes..
But I never let anyone walk over me....
