I am Muslim, and Al-Hamdo-Lillah, I have blind faith in existance of Allah. People often ask me this question, Can anyone help me with some simple reply? Solid reasoning and reference.

Dear brother,
I have good story for you. I hope this would help you.
Once upon a time there was a boy. He was very wise, intelligent and intellectual. He never believed in anything unless he has obtained sufficient scientific and psychological ground to believe. He was used to measure everything on the standard of his mind before believing it.
Then a time came when the question whether he is son of his father haunted his mind. He pondered over the question over and over but could not provide sufficient grounds to his mind. He was feeling shameful to ask this question from his so called father. He was scared that this question may shake the faith and confidence of the relation. After giving a lot of thought to this question he ultimately decided to consult his family doctor.
He requested the doctor to share something very personal. He could proceed if doctor assure that he would keep the discussion private. After doctor agreed, they proceed.
BOY: “How can I make sure that I am son of my father?”
DOCTOR: “Oh! Common boy, its very trivial matter”. Just shuffling over paper Doctor said. “Here is your Birth Certificate.”
BOY: Look at the piece of paper and go through it then looks at the doctor with questioning eyes and said “How can I believe in this piece of paper? This may be fabricated to make me believe that I am son of my so called father. Is there anything else that you can help me with?”
DOCTOR: “Hmm! Yes sure” searching some files he replied to the boy. He pulled out a file and said to the boy “Here is your file. It contains blood tests and DNA paternity test. I hope this would suffice your need. Would you like me to read and explain it to you?”
BOY: “No! Thanks you very much for your assistance. I would like to study it myself.” After going through the file he replied to the doctor “it’s all Greek to me. It do not make sense to me and how should I believe this, this may be subject to fabrication.”
DOCTOR: Got a little annoyed at his this reply but he calmly replied to the boy “dear boy! These reports are result of my knowledge and experience gained over the period of my educational and practical career. There are two ways that you may satisfy yourself:
First: Either believes on my professional capabilities and accepts these certificates and reports. Further, you may affirm these reports from other doctors as well. This is fairly a shortcut. or
Second: Study the relevant books and information (medical and scientific books) elevate your mind then experience the results yourself. This would require you to put a lot of efforts and time in. But remember, after putting so much efforts and time you would reach the same results. Decision is yours.”
The boy got the copy of the certificates and reports and left the doctor after thanking him for his assistance and help.
Why not boy did believe the certificates and reports? Because he lacks the relevant information and knowledge. Once he elevates his mind up to the level of doctor he would understand the reports and certificates. Otherwise he has to believe in the reports certificates blindly to keep the respectable and honorable relation with his father without letting him known by his word whatever in his mind.
In our daily life we come across hundred of cases where we believe blindly on human reporting e.g. medical reports, laboratories reports, news papers, ISO Certifications, Health and Care reports, auditor reports, taxation reports, agreements and memorandums, valuer reports, brand name certifications etc. and many more that can not be concluded on list.
Do we verify every report even though those are human made reports? Do we evaluate them? I guess most of us go for a shortcut and blindly believe and very few of us curious enough to verify it on their own selves.
If we want to verify the veracity of anything through our knowledge and mind, what we have to do? We have to supply the mind with the relevant information and knowledge so that mind (Processor) could produce the results based on the knowledge and information (Database) closer to the fact. More relevant is the information and the knowledge more closer would be the results.
One, who questions that does ALLAH exist, actually lacks the knowledge and information. He should either believe on the reports of the Scholars or to read the relevant books to supply his mind with relevant knowledge and information to reach the answer of his question. The Holy Quran is fairly a smooth way to Allah Almighty. What all one need is to study it with receptive mind? Same as we study other books to derive some knowledge and information addressing difficulties of our daily life. Forget for a while the religious differences and study The Holy Quran with intent to find a way to Allah. I swear, you will need no one else to convince you about the veracity of The Holy Quran, it’s the truth and it will prove itself.
I would like to produce here few Ayahs of The Holy Quran which deal with such hidden scientific facts that may not know to a human who was previously illiterate (The Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH) 1400 years ago. These facts prove that it’s not a human made book. It’s a divine book from Allah Almighty.

CREATION OF UNIVERSE
Do not the Unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together (as one unit of creation), before we clove them asunder? We made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe? (Qur'an, 21:30)
And it is We Who have constructed the heaven with might, and verily, it is We Who are steadily expanding it. (Qur'an, 51:47)
He placed firmly embedded mountains on it, towering over it, and blessed it and measured out its nourishment in it, laid out for those who seek it-all in four days. Then He turned to heaven when it was smoke and said to it and to the earth, "Come willingly or unwillingly." They both said, "We come willingly." (Qur'an, 41:10-11)

SUN IS NOT STATIONARY, IT MOVES.
It is He Who created night and day and the sun and moon, each one swimming in a sphere. (Qur'an, 21:33)
And the sun runs to its resting place. That is the decree of the Almighty, the All-Knowing. (Qur'an, 36:38)
In recent decades, solar astronomers have been able to observe that (Bartusiac, M. (1994) ‘Sounds of the Sun’, American Scientist, January-February, pp.61-68) the sun is not in fact motionless.

TWO SEE DO NOT MEET TOGETHER.
He has set free the two seas meeting together. There is a barrier between them. They do not transgress. (Quran, 55:19-20)
He is the one who has set free the two kinds of water, one sweet and palatable, and the other salty and bitter. And He has made between them a barrier and a forbidding partition. (Quran, 25:53)
Modern Science has discovered that in the places where two different seas meet, there is a barrier between them. This barrier divides the two seas so that each sea has its own temperature, salinity, and density. For example, Mediterranean sea water is warm, saline, and less dense, compared to Atlantic ocean water.

CREATION OF HUMAN.
We created man from an extract of clay. Then We made him as a drop in a place of settlement, firmly fixed. Then We made the drop into an alaqah (leech, suspended thing, and blood clot), then We made the alaqah into a mudghah (chewed substance)… (Quran, 23:12-14)
Sahih Bukhari (Book #93, Hadith #546)
Narrated ‘Abdullah bin Mas’ud: Allah’s Apostle the true and truly inspired, narrated to us, “The creation of everyone of you starts with the process of collecting the material for his body within forty days and forty nights in the womb of his mother. Then he becomes a clot of thick blood for a similar period (40 days) and then he becomes like a piece of flesh for a similar period. Then an angel is sent to him (by Allah) and the angel is allowed (ordered) to write four things; his livelihood, his (date of) death, his deeds, and whether he will be a wretched one or a blessed one (in the Hereafter) and then the soul is breathed into him.

WAVES IN SEA AND DARKNESS BENEATH.
Or (the unbelievers’ state) is like the darkness in a deep sea. It is covered by waves, above which are waves, above which are clouds. Darknesses, one above another. If a man stretches out his hand, he cannot see it.... (Quran, 24:40)

MOUNTAIN AS PEG ON EARTH.
Have We not made the earth as a bed, and the mountains as pegs? (Quran, 78:6-7)
And He has set firm mountains in the earth so that it would not shake with you... (Quran, 16:15)
Modern earth sciences have proven that mountains have deep roots under the surface of the ground and that these roots can reach several times their elevations above the surface of the ground.

LOW TEMPERATURE AT HEIGHTS.
And whomsoever Allah wills to guide, He opens his breast to Islam, and whomsoever He wills to send astray, He makes his breast closed and constricted, as if he is climbing up to the sky. Thus Allah puts the wrath on those who believe not. (Quran, 6:125)
As elevation rises, however, atmospheric pressure goes down as the atmosphere becomes thinner. Therefore, the amount of oxygen entering the blood stream declines and it becomes harder to breathe. As the air sacs grow narrow and contract, we feel as if we cannot breathe.
In the end, we study hundreds of text book, thousand of novels, newspaper and column over the period of our lives. How pity is it, we don’t study The Holy Quran.

You would need to provide evidence that only could be used in the instance of Allah, and not some other God or even made up God. If such evidence or proofs existed, everyone including myself would be Muslim.. Unfortunately, thus far in my life I have yet to find anything other than circular logic. As far as the Scientific miracles of the Koran, they are bogus and easily defeated by a simple search on Google. (Of course I will receive multiple thumbs down for saying this) I wish they were real, I would be very happy if there was an afterlife.. But at the same time I am skeptical and do not believe things on a whim.

Before Muhammed the Arab peoples had slipped into Idolatry. They worshiped many false gods including the moon god. Muhammed explained to the people, that was wrong. So they discontinued worshiping false gods. Since the generic word for God/god is Allah/allah in Arabic, at that time allah/Allah applied to the true God and to the false gods. People who speak English should know better ,since God is spelled g-o-d no matter which god is spoken of in English.. Plus this Allat is not Allah. Allat is the name of this false god. However, Allat was a false allah.( meaning it was a false god.) Again , Allah with a capital A is not Allat, which was a false god/allah, and has a "t" at the end. Stop believing the twisted lies you are told. At least try to reason. Other people are like you . Do not be a hypocrite. Take the log (English word god) out of your eye, before you try to take the supposed splinter (Arab word ) out of the eyes of the Muslims or Arab speaking peoples!

Allah does not exist, he is a made up fictional character.. If there was an actual Allah, why would he want you to blow up other believers in him??? If he is God he is a god of hate. There is no way a god of hate would create a universe and all this and then have us go around and kill each other, it makes no sense to me.

The problem being I have asked if 'Allah' and 'God' are the same and most Muslims say yes. But then that leads to more obvious questions like why would one God issue two different Books, why does one teach Jesus is a prophet while the other says He is 'God with us' and I guess your promises 72 virgins with big eyes to those who blow themselves up for their cause and The other God sent Jesus who's main teaching is 'Love thy neighbor as thyself'.
Now if we say they are not the same Almighty could they both exist and there be 2 Messiah's one hiding in a well and the other one waiting til Israel is surrounded to return? Or is one Almighty One real the other not?
These are vital questions for those SERIOUSLY wishing to attain eternal life and not eternal separation from Goodness.

One God
[21:21] Have they found gods on earth who can create?
[21:22] If there were in them (the heavens and the earth) other gods beside GOD, there would have been chaos. Glory be to GOD; the Lord with absolute authority. He is high above their claims.
Never Question God's Wisdom
[21:23] He is never to be asked about anything He does, while all others are questioned.
[21:24] Have they found other gods beside Him? Say, "Show me your proof. This is the message to my generation, consummating all previous messages." Indeed, most of them do not recognize the truth; this is why they are so hostile.

[21:25] We did not send any messenger before you except with the inspiration: "There is no god except Me; you shall worship Me alone."

Can They Create a Fly?
73. O people, here is a parable that you must ponder carefully: the idols you set up beside GOD can never create a fly, even if they banded together to do so. Furthermore, if the fly steals anything from them, they cannot recover it; weak is the pursuer and the pursued.
74. They do not value GOD as He should be valued. GOD is the Most Powerful, the Almighty.
75. GOD chooses from among the angels messengers, as well as from among the people. GOD is Hearer, Seer.
76. He knows their past and their future. To GOD belongs the ultimate control of all matters.
77. O you who believe, you shall bow, prostrate, worship your Lord, and work righteousness, that you may succeed

God exists. bc
Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
Problem is we know how the universe formed (the reaction) but we don't know what the Action that caused this formation was. I happen to believe that the Action that Caused this was God.
The universe had a beginning and is going to have an end (Beginning needs something to cause it To begin)
The Universe is too perfect for our needs to be there by coincedance (We have a sun, Moon, Stars, Rain, Plants, animals, our mother's womb's, etc etc etc)

Alhamdullilah ALLAH(SWT) does exist. The proof is all around you from your family to the trees to the sun and moon. ALLAH(SWT) is the Lord and Creator of the entire universe.
