So my workout routine goes something like this:

Monday: Boxing and Dance aerobics (40 minutes)
Tuesday: Strength training (lower body/core stability - 40 minutes)
Wednesday: Circuit Training (40 minutes)
Thursday: Strength training/core stability (upper body - 40 minutes)
Friday: Yogalates (Yoga/Pilates - 1 hour)
Saturday: 5 mile run
Sunday: Rest Day

Any suggestions for changes, am I missing anything, is this enough?

Yes my diet includes plenty of protein (low fat) and low GI carbs. I have 5 small meals a day and try to get about 100g of protein per day.

But I do have a weak spot for dark chocolate! But everything in moderation right?

That looks so well planned that I just might steal it. B^)

(Don't worry about the dark chocolate, it is good for the heart and your workout will burn it off in no time, unless you count pounds per day eaten)

Very nice, you are doing super well!
Maybe even more then enough?
Do you feel like your doing a little too much, if so, rest for more then 1 day dude!
Even if you don't feel exausted and tired, always doing this routine is putting to much stress to your body.
For a routine like this you must be also eating lots of carbs and protein, keep it up, but take it easy!

Sounds like you have a complete, well planned routine designed for keeping toned and to work on endurance.

I'd also be interested to know about your diet. I hope you give that as much thought as your exercise.
