I AGREE PEOPLE ARE RUDE. EVEN THOUGH WE ALL CAN BE JERKS SOME ARE WORSE THAN OTHERS. THE ONLY TIME PEOPLE GET IN TROUBLE IS WHEN THEY ARE REPORTED AND THOSE PEOPLE ARE THE ONES WHO DONT DESERVE IT USUALLY.

I agree!
I have had people send me emails telling me that I misspelled a word in my question or I didn't use the correct grammar, and it really surprised me that they would take the time to complain about this rather then give me an answer to my question.
Some people think that they are the chosen teachers for the world's bad spellers and this is just something that everyone has got to put up with, whether we like it or not, maybe these people will one day grow up, mature and realise that what they are doing sort of defeats the whole purpose of the Yahoo Answers site, at least I hope they do.
Thank you,

I am sure the site is monitored in one way or another. Perhaps they only check on it when abuse is reported, perhaps more closely. not sure. Some of the questions asked on here are surely from a much younger generation than i am from as questions regarding flatulence and such really would only come from a child and so i skip them and let the children answer them. Thank you and you have a good day also.

I have two views on this.
Firstly, it is pointless to snipe at somebody over their bad grammar, spelling errors or such like.
Conversely, however, it does irritate me somewhat when somebody either deliberately writes in 'text-speak' and one virtually has to translate what they have said in order to answer what is probably quite an important question to the person asking; or, alternatively, is too lazy to run the spell-check.
If somebody wants a serious answer to a question, they should take the care to ask it carefully.
PS: I'm having a great day, thanks. Hope the same applies to you! :-)

Lets try contacting yahoo and ask them about it at least have curse words taken out like other sites I have visited they replace with *****. Scoll to the bottem of this page and look for tell use what you think abd tell them I just did.

In a word, No - although I expect there's a disclaimer from Yahoo somewhere if you felt like going to look for it!
