Find a vision that makes you feel good i.e. Riding your bike with friends in park in the warm sunshine. Everytime the frightful vision appears replace it with a "feelgood" vision. After awhile the good takes over the bad. Best wishes!!

I had 2 bike accidents last year. By a miracle nothing worse happened. Stopped riding a bike thou for a while.
the other accident was because kids had setted some wire accross the biking road!
try using car for a while, maybe it will pass.

Have you thought of the circumstances that almost got you run over? Was there any behavior on your part (something you could have done differently) that lead to this? What can you do differently? If there is nothing, then you need to talk with a therapist to put this into perspective.

I agree with the other respondent. Recurring dreams are issues we need to address and this can only be done by seeing a professional. The problem unfortunately only gets worse as you age an manifests itself in other ways....hence the dreams are telling you to do something about it. Good luck and please get some help....if money is an issue...as it is for many of us....please contact your local mental health support group. This is serious enough to warrant attention. All the best!

Fear protects us from danger and is a natural response, however excess Adrenalin can create an over activity of the fight or flight response, which creates The Panic Syndrome.try to think of it differently, stay calm and resolve to continue to take care.the symptoms will ease.Do not bottle up your feelings so much, let out your responses emotionally more frequently as this exacerbates panic syndrome.if people have upset you tell them.Do not withdraw from human interaction.

Get a hobby! Something to make the part of your mind that keeps bringing that up busy.
...or get a girl.
