Yes there is something you can do to avoid it from happening, lose weight slowly and exercise.

If you plan to loose weight quickly, then this will happen. Try not to set a target, but think of it as a life style change. Just eat healthily and take up some form of exercise. Good luck.

goodfor you trying to lose weight but I think you are being a bit optimistic to think you can lose 5 stones before february. To lose weight healthily you should expect to lose about 1-2lbs a week , perhaps a bit more in the early part of your diet, don,t go mad. You probably will have some loose skin but you can try exercising to tone up as you go along

Losing substantial amounts of weight can result in loose skin if the person does not workout or do other activities to keep the skin tight. However, I don't know if there is a certain point where even working out will not help.

Best of luck to you!

Martin

A process called skin reduction is available through cosmetic surgeons.

I suggest you do this. There arent any real risks.
Make sure you do this a LONG time before your wedding so that you have time for aftercare...

Hope This Helps!

Once you loose it, it's all about the toning man. Like crunches, wall sits, all that good stuff.

It is true I'm afraid. It's worse for some people than others though. I know it's worse when you lose weight too quickly, and if you just diet without excercising too. BUT....don't let it put you off losing weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
