i am a nurse who is fallin for a married medical resident at work. I think hes falling for me too. The affair is very knew but I would like it to go further. He treats me great and everyone at work can see his attraction for me. He doesnt try to hide it. what should I do?? HELP.

Dont poop in your pond. You don't want to be that women. Things happen and we all fall for the wrong man, but you don't want to be the one at work known for either having an affair with a doctor-i'm a nurse too, don't do it, and you definately don't want to have to face work if things get complicated and you have a relationship and it fails-you'll hear i told you so alot. most likely, it will end in tears. Very few men leave for the other woman. If you haven't gone anywhere, try to step away until you get your head on straight and can be just friends. It's not worth the heartache or your job

You are asking an age old question. Do you really want to wreck his marriage and take him away from his wife? In the old days you would be called "a home wrecker", and thought of as the scum of the earth. I don't say this to be critical, but to make you think about what you want to do.
If he does leave his wife to be with you, what makes you think that he will stay with you? If he places such a low value on marriage now, he will have that same value when he is with you.
I am a RN also. You are probably a very attractive young woman. I can imagine that a "doctor" being attracted to you is good for your ego, but there are plenty of handsome single men who will want to be with you. You don't need to take someone elses man away from her.
