Get us out of the North American Union deal. Mexico is not our "friend". Mexico is using the United States of America as a dumping ground for its irresponsible overpopulation of poor, with no social service safety nets set in place in that nation to support them, and their criminals, who cross illegally to prey upon our citizens and scam what they can from our system.
It has got to stop, and the remittances have got to stop. Tax them to the hilt, or stop them altogether.
Start thinking about the people of the United States of America as your constituants and your citizens, instead of putting the citizens of foreign nations above the citizens of this nation.
Start putting the taxpayers money to use protecting our nations borders, instead of protecting the borders of foreign nations.
NO Amnesty for any illegal aliens, they came here expecting to be handed amnesty on a silver platter after the disasterous 1987 amnesty. Look at the fiscal repercussions of legalizing millions of illegal aliens in 1987, that disaster just about broke the back of California, where most of the amnestied aliens lived.
Rewarding criminals who entered this nation illegally only reinforces their future disrespect for all laws.
Free ICE up to do the job the American people want them to do, apprehend illegal aliens in the nations interior, for deportation.

Get a wall built on the border with Mexico. The wall that exists at San Diego California is proof that this measure will cut illegal immigration in some areas dramatically. It is long overdue. Mexico just will not stop it from their side, we must stop it from ours.
Cut ties with racist groups like the National Council of La Raza, MALDEF and LULAC, and do something about the ACLU. Those groups have an agenda right now which is destroying this nation.
Listen to the citizens of the United States of America on this issue, not to the citizens of foreign nations, including Mexico, and including illegal aliens marching in our streets demanding "rights" they have not earned and do not deserve.
Stand strong against the special interest groups which use words like "racist" everytime this issue is brought to the forefront, the issue of immigration is an issue of sovereignty, and law not "racism".

Empower State and local law enforcement to enforce immigration violations. Allow them to investigate and arrest those who hire illegal aliens. We have lots of cops in this country who could be doing a lot more important things than handing out parking tickets. Untie their hands and let them get on the job. Or better yet, federalize them so they can enforce any and all laws they see violated, federal, local, or state.
Put a wall across the border. realistically it does not have to be a solid doulb concrete wall from Brownsvill to San Diego. You need walls like that near every border town an within a few day's walk in both directions. In remote dessert areas where only a fool would try to cross on foot, pilons that can stop vehichle traffic will keep out most illegal crossigs on a budget.
National ID card. Every person in the country ought to have their citizenship status on their ID as well as their country of origin. and when that status expires.. It would be simplest to incorporate it into the driver's liscence and state ID's. Also gives another point of contact where someone here on an expired Visa, like most of those Hijackers were can be caught.
Next. Modernize, simplify and speed up the procecess fo legal immigration. Seeing all the ridiculous redtape and beauraucray of the Department of Immigration, It is easy to see why some people lose faith in the system and jump the fence. Many people say we need these people in our country, and there is some truth to that. They do fill vital roles in our workforce. But we only need people who are going to obey the laws of this country. We have a line waiting to get in the door, but we choose to give the job to the guy who broke in throgh the window? it's stupid.
Reform the immigration laws so the honest immigrants can get a better chance at getting into this country legally and with proper channels and step up enforcement on those who circumvent the law.

Cut off all welfare.
Give 60 days for all illegals to get their assets sold and leave the United States, those found after 60 days pick them up, fingerprint and photograph them, deport.
Build fence.
Put a hold on all new immigration for 2 years to evaluate what we need. (except those waiting a long time)

Well, First and for most you need to gather all the illegials up, and anyone who has broken our laws, or isn't able to speak our language should be sent back.( Until they learn the language), then go on down the line and if they are recieving any kind of goverment assistance, they must go back until they are able to work to support themselves.then go back down the line and find out for what reason they want to be here if its anything other than they want to be an american citizen then they go. If you want to work , they must find a job, pay taxes, follow the law, make a living without and kind of public assistance, be able to communicate with others, and be a responsible, working member or society. This is what is expected of any one who was born and raised here.
But my Question is?
If we cant secure our borders to the illegials, how are we a secure nation in a major attack?

1. Give all current illegal immigrants amnesty after they provide identification, 200 hours of labor building a wall between the US and Mexico and a sucessful back ground check.
2. Make it a felony, minimum of 2 years in prison for anyone hiring an illegal alien knowingly and a fine punishable by $2,000 per incident of hiring one unknowingly,
3. Declare that no one who broke our laws will gain citizenship - amnesty means a work permit not a right to citizenship.
