If you rape 54 women in your life, kill 23 men and rob people of their wealth till you cannot anymore and at the end, truly accept Jesus in your life, will you be forgiven?
Isn't the phenomenon of "dying for our sins" the license to sin? You know that he died for ANYTHING you do so "accepting him" is your trump card.
Christianity is a religion of convenience and fantasy.

The best answer is from the Bible itself. Take the story of Saul (who later was called Paul) he persecuted Christians. In Acts 9:1-6 tells of Paul's conversion.
Jesus said to Paul:
Saul, Saul, why do you persecute Me?"
Saul says "Who are you, Lord?"
Jesus said:
"I am Jesus , whom you are persecuting"

Paul was a killer, but he was converted and went about doing the work of Jesus.

Not exactly. A "license to sin" implies that since your forgiven you can sin at will. But anyone who is a Christan and reads the bible will realize that sinning is spiritual death.
Genesis 2:17 and its consequences.
If someone want to find a reason to feel safe in sin and they say they are a believer then...??? How is it that you would want a license to spiritually kill yourself. Its in all humanity's best interest to abandon Sin.The question is why spend so much time trying to find problems with Christianity, Ill tell you but the bible says it best, "The heart of a man is desperately wicked" Wicked by default in a world that's pushing porn, witchcraft, materialism and spiritual death. No wonder why you are hunting for an excuse to run from the light, your being poisoned by by Satan's world.

John 3:19-20
19And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.20For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

Jesus Christ can SET YOU FREE from sin.
Free from spiritual death that keeps you enslaved to you your flesh , don't let your flesh be your compass its corrupt.

Galatians 5:16-17
"This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would

We all need forgiveness from our sins, only in this way , once your cleaned spiritually can you accept and have the holy spirit in your life. You must be BORN AGAIN, that means forgiven, healed and living inline with the Holy Spirit as well as literally filled with the Holy Spirit-and all you have to do is pray and ask...

And as for Christianity being a religion of fancy, Have you heard of Sodom and Gomorrah? A city in the Bible that was destroyed for being overrun with homosexuality, its real and it really happened. Do some research they are giving tours in this city that was destroyed with burning sulfur pellets from heaven, you can even go take a guided tour of it and understand that the bible is real. Evolution is a lie, most of the world is controlled by demon possesed people who are organized through various secret societies and their corporations, intentionally leading millions astray, preparing them to accept the New World Order

Thanks for reading.

mistaken that's no longer what it says there is not any forgiveness for willful sin Hbr 10:26 Dear peers, if we intentionally keep sinning after we've acquired abilities of the reality, there is not any longer any sacrifice as a way to duvet those sins. Hbr 10:27 There is handiest the horrible expectation of God's judgment and the raging fireplace as a way to eat his enemies. Hbr 10:28 For any one who refused to obey the regulation of Moses was once placed to demise with out mercy at the testimony of 2 or 3 witnesses. Hbr 10:29 Just believe how a lot worse the punishment will probably be for many who have trampled at the Son of God, and feature dealt with the blood of the covenant, which made us holy, as though it have been natural and unholy, and feature insulted and disdained the Holy Spirit who brings God's mercy to us.

I am a Christ follower!!
But I do not consider JC died for our sins. Sin is single, not plural in Bible.JC never claimed " hey dudes, I am dying for your sins". He did not fall from a bridge. CNN never recorded this story.
He was spat on, tortured, humiliated, beaten with barbed weapons and finally murdered in cold blood. He did not have easy death. God himself could not save his own son JC. He let the evil has its full force on that Good Friday. Why? God purposely withdrew his power to go after the evil. All he was interested was in full human freedom which does allow both good and evil. It did not matter the extent of good and evil, all it mattered is full freedom. Why do we need freedom? That is the only way we understand LOVE. There is no Love without Freedom. God put love in front of life. He did not care whether we worship Him or adore Him. JC is the manifestation of Love through Grace. This is not some power, authority or some mystery or magic. It is amazing Love.

You see the term accept Jesus in your life is something that is such a misstatement. Unless Jesus is offering, you cannot accept. There are people who are given over to their sin. If you did all this, there is a great possibility you are not going to be offered the chance again. This person had a chance and chose to pursue the life he or she did. It is not as easy as saying, I accept you Jesus. He has to be there asking you to come to Him. Now, if God wanted to give this person the chance again, that is up to Him. Your positioning the argument to fit your hypothesis is what is fantasy and convenient for you.

In God's eyes, we are all guilty of sinning and deserving eternal separation from God, which is hell. If we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior and continue to practice sin, it shows us and God that we never really received Jesus as our Lord. Jesus said, if we love Him, we would obey Him. We can not use Jesus as our trump card because we might die before using it.

"Accepting" him and asking forgiveness is not a mechanical process. It is not like anyone can just push a button and get a ticket to heaven. It must be an act of heart-felt contrition, involving deep repentance and sincere faith.

Those that think they can do evil and get a ticket to heaven later on do not understand the terrible power of sin or the God-given gift of faith.

god bless

The answer is Yes.
I wouldn't like to wait for a death bed confession. As not allot get the chance.
I would serve God with my heart so glad here on Earth even if there was no after-life!*
And No, Christianity is not a religion.
Nor of convenience or a fantasy.

No. That's exactly the mind-set that prompted Paul to write his letter to the Romans. They felt that since God's grace was given to them as a result of their sin, they needed to sin more to receive more grace.

Read Romans 6:15-7:25--it clearly debunks your assertion. And this is a good message for all Christians out there, too.

When you fall in love with some one, you don't want to hurt them, but you want to bless them by doing good to them and for them. Because we are imperfect, we still end up hurting those we love, but the more we love them, the more we do our best to show that love to them.

A relationship with Jesus is like that. It isn't about taking advantage of some one you don't care about; that's such a distorted view! It isn't a license to sin. It's freedom to be yourself and grow in learning to love better throughout your lifetime.

Jesus is more than a "get out of jail free" card. He is a complete rehabilitation program. He is the motivation to keep trying to do better, and He is the provider of what we need inside to become more and more like what we someday hope to be--like Him.

Christianity isn't a set of man-made rules. It's a real relationship with a real God who loves us.
