A priest or minister of your choice. Even if you're not affiliated with the church, they will gladly meet with you. Also counselors specializing in bereavement or post trauma. It's not unusual to be thinking about this, especially after your health scares...but if it's interfering with your happiness and ability to go on with your life, then you definitely should seek help. I wish you the best

Seven years ago I was given the last rights after a severe heart attack and operation, I am still here, it is only natural for you to be worried, talk about life, your still here.

In the hospital, a Chaplain is provided for such concerning conversations.
Counselors, and Ministers are also willing to address these concerns.

I know what you mean! death certainly has concerned me. I just want to go with Courage. In the roman era it was considered brave and manly to die with courage and honor. I feel that today we fear death and discourage it for a life of complacency and boredom. Hail ancient warriors. DIE WITH COURAGE!!!

i... without worrying everyone around me.... i talk online. if my mum was to know how i felt... she would send me right of to hospital again.
i find talkin online soooo much easier. ya dont see their facial expressions.... ya can run and bail if ya feel the need.
but then.... i do find it helpful to do talk to 'real people'. i have heaps of support people. my pastors... they are lovely... my church friends... they are awesome!!... my counselor... i get sooo much outta going there.... and my psych doctor. i dont talk much to family... i hate that i worry them when i am in that dark place.
so find someone... anyone... that you can trust. church people are good.... they aint gonna judge ya.... find a counselor.... a friend... and yup... talkin to the man upstairs.... God... is always good too :)
if ya wanna talk online... yell.. and i can give you the address for 2 great friends of mine...who are counselors.
