whenever I do normal crunches i don't feel much of a burn, so i like tying a bungie cord around the leg of a heaver table, and holding on to the ends of the bungie cord and do crunches from there. It feels harder to do and i get sore whenever i do it but i was wondering if that's bad for my back or anything.
thnx

Any added resistance increases the workout effectivness, and it will be no worse for your back than regular crunches, in fact it might even help your back.
