I don't live in Florida but I do know that they passed a law sating that they can suspend a minor's license for skipping school. So I imagine they are tough in other areas.
If an adult one would simply go to the courthouse, pay them and if there was any sort of failure to appear that would be dropped. Then you go to DMV and pay something like a $60 reinstatement fee.
In most states when a minor recieves a ticket it CAN NOT be prepaid. You have to actually show in court with a parent. And when you get two that close together it usually means some sort of driving classes (not the adult one) and suspension. Maybe even suspension until 18. If you have missed 2 seperate court dates things will not go well.
In most states (I have lived everywhere) a reinstatement requires a parental signature. But who knows...... in Florida you be able just to pay for all straight up.
But in any case the police report traffic violations to the insurance company. It may take a couple of months but it will happen. That means your parents will be notified and the insurance rates will go way up...... and I mean way up. The insurance company may drop you. So if you have not told your parents it would be best to do it now as things can be done courtwise and insurance wise ahead of time.
Now if you get one more ticket all of the things that I mentioned will happen. And you will find that it could cost thousands of dollars.

Two speeding tickets
minor's driving permit
lost the tickets.
Maybe you should wait on the license reinstated until you are a bit more responsible.
Call the license people and see if they can tell you what court the tickets were issued from. There may be warrants out for your failure to pay them.

Since you didn't go pay the tickets, there is more than likely two warrants out for your arrest. You will need to get an attorney to help you, or you will be arrested. I would say, you are in some trouble here. After your ignoring the tickets, you will be lucky you get your driver's license back until a year is up.

Call the courthouse, get the total amount you owe, and go down right away and pay cash for the fines you owe. Otherwise you may get arrested on a fail to comply warrant. That would really suck, it can affect the points on ur drivers license!

You need to go pay the tickets. There have probably been warrants issued for your arrest since you didn't pay them. Once you pay the fines, the warrants will be recalled. Once you pay the fines and the warrants are recalled, then you can reinstate your license.

1 - give your keys to a responsible driver
2 - if no responsible driver is available, slow the frick down
3 - call the court and tell them you misplaced your tickets and want to know what the fees are
honestly, if you got those tickets 4 months ago, you probably passed the due date and then some. at this point you've most likely got bench warrants out for you for failure to appear and to pay your fines. if you get pulled over, you're going to jail. pay them ASAP!!!

...you need to contact the Court having jurisdiction in the area where you got the "tickets"... The Clerks office can help you.
(it's out of the Police's hands). Be aware... there may be a traffice "warrent" for your arrest... (maybe, maybe not).
