Cant get full colour on palettes in photoshop cs2?

Question

I have just installed Photoshop CS2 on my PC and i cant get a full colour palette....only purple! Ive tried updating my driver, the video card in built into the motherboard but surely it still would have full colour!
It was downloaded but i had it running fine on my other machine...
Ive tried different things in photoshop but nothing... Even if i change the colour to grayscale it stays purple!

Go to Edit > Color Settings and change settings until your colours are normal.
