A dermatologist is a physician who specializes in treating skin diseases. To become one you must take a pre-med course in college, then take the MCATS (if you're in the USA), which are the medical school entrance exams. After that you need to get into medical school. After four years, you graduate and then you can apply to a training program, called a "residency" for dermatology. A residency in dermatology takes around 3-4 years, after which you will be a licensed dermatologist.

Hi,
This is a big decision. First you must seriously look at your academic strengths and weaknesses.
Next, you must be emotionally secure and determined to get into medical school. That requires a strong math and science aptitude. Your likelihood of success will be reflected by the A's you are getting now (hint).
After you have received your four year plus bachelors degree, you will do 4 years of med school. Then you will do a four year residency before you can become board certified as a dermatologist.
Twelve years after high school are required. That's if you plan well from the 10th grade. You can't be taking remedial algebra in community college when your 25 or something and seriously expect to do this.
Best wishes

4 years for an undergraduate degree (can be anything so long as you do the required courses for medical school admission).
Take the MCAT
Get into medical school
Medical school = 4 years
Do a residency (NOT called a fellowship) in dermatology = 4-5 years.
Total 12-13 years. Can do a fellowship after this to specialized in a certain area of dematology.

Finish any pre-medical course in science like B.S. Biology, B.S. Zoology, B.S. in Medical Technology and the like which will take you 4 years then after finishing this 4 year college degree course enter the medical field which is also another 4 years. Then after you finish your med proper take the licensure of being an MD (review examination will take anywhere from 6 months to a year). After becoming an MD, specialize in dermatology which will take around another 2-4 years. All in all this will take from 10-12 years.
