It looks as though you have to make a choice. You may just have to learn to like vegetables or......accept the alternative. It is surprising how you CAN even learn to love them. I did.
Watch what you drink as well. Most soft drinks are loaded with sugar. This, alone, can be your biggest problem.
Any form of exercise, other than walking to and from the icebox and bending your arm up to your mouth, is good for you at any time but especially when losing weight.
I know of a woman in Australia who was so embarassed about her figure that she would not go to a gym or even walk on the streets. So she took to walking around and around her rotary clothes line in her back yard.
She also started to eat more sensibly and ended up shedding heaps of pounds. She reached her goal weight very quickly. Other people noted her vastly improved looks and eventually she formed a group of people losing weight by walking around her clothesline.
She says that anybody can lose weight if they "truly" want to and take appropriate action. Wishing wont do it and, without change, there can be no improvement.
Walking up and down stairs is a good form of exercise and you can find some tips on healthy eating at the site below.
Do not expect changes to occur if you do not make changes yourself. They say that the defination of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome.
All the best with your endeavours.

also ur metablism is probably slow so when u finished eating, drink 2 glasses of warm water this will help u go to the bathroom more faster
after like 2 hours u can exercise ( which always helps)

a million. It's as sensible as this, for those who burn off extra that you simply devour then you'll drop some pounds so that you must both devour much less or do extra however the first-rate manner is to do each. two. You must do a blend of aerobic - jogging, going for walks, swimming, biking and many others and force coaching like crunches and weights. three. To drop some pounds and hold it off you must devour healthily and recreation for the leisure of your existence that's why this can be a well thought to uncover a nutrition and recreation events that's intelligent, you experience and do not attempt to lose it too rapidly.

Wow kid, you can lose much weight while still enjoying every bits of it !
So, you are 14. Join sporting activities that you like. For example, soccer, basketball, swimming, running or baseball.
Cardiovascular exercises are the best!
The goal is to maintain a long exercise instead of straining yourself. Breathe hard when you jog because oxygen oxidizes fat to energy and water. Thats where the sweating part comes.
I.e : try running/jogging for 30 minutes at least 3-4 times a week. Substitute fizzy drinks with plain water.
To lose one pound, you will need to cut down 3500 kcal. So, lose 500 kcal per day, and in a week , you would already have lost 1 pound !
Everyday, aim to burn 200kcal and reduce your calorie intake by 300kcal. that makes up to 500 kcal..
BTW, find a few friends who love jogging/running/swimming etc to join you. Its easier to achieve your goals this way. They are your motivation. :D
I lost 8 kgs within a mth by alternating running and climbing hills everyday. This is a bit strenuous.. For you, you could just do it 3 times a week :D

Diet and exercise. Sometimes you have to eat stuff you don't like to lose weight. Go to the grocery store and pick out several different types of veggies. Experiment with different seasonings to see if that helps. Gotta have some kind of vegetables in your diet. Fruit is good in moderation but you can't eat it all the time. It can actually mess with your blood sugar and affect your metabolism if you eat too much.

Hi why not try exercises walking, swimming is excellent just start slowly with say 15Min's of exercising then work up. drink lots of water and cut out any snacks like crisps and sweets and replace with the fruit that you like. Before you start doing any of this ask your Dr for advice maybe they could give you a suitable diet. Good Luck

You should start to exercise. Jogging, or something more active. When your doctor told you that he should have told you what you need to do in order for you to lose weight. I am 27 and I weigh 150 so you should really try and lose it.

Fat contains 9 calories per gram. There are 28.35 grams per ounce and 16 ounces per pound. Therefore there are 4082 calories per pound. To lose 15 pound you need to burn 61,230 calories in 30 days, or 2,040 calories per day.
That's alot and may not be achievable in only one month. Try spreading it out over severl months. It would be healthier for you. Try excercising for at least 30 minutes every day. Ride your bike to school,

the key to weight loss is expending (using) more energy (calories) then you bring in. Become more active and the weight will come off, dont worry tho, you are still growing and will still grow some inches. just go play more sports.
