cardio is the only fat burning exercise and to see results you have to do it 4-6 times a week for average of 45min.
but weight loss (fat loss) is 80% diet

Any type of aerobic and eudrance exercises are golden at burning body fat.

Just running running and a lot more running and soon that fat will just fall off your body
