According to the Bible God laughs when the plans of those that refuse His Plan fall apart. Proverbs 1:25 But ye have set at naught all my counsel, and would none of my reproof:
Proverbs 1:26 I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh;
God laughs because of the foolishness of those that reject His Plan, then they get in trouble for following their own wisdom.
