The complexity of life no more attests to the existence of the Judeo-Christian deity than it does Quetzalcoatl or Zeus.
And by the way, complexity denotes ORDER, not DESIGN. There's no reason to assume that a designer exists.

Complex, really? That's proof of a higher being? Huh. That's interesting. Ya know, who could say the same thing? Followers of Buddhism, Hinduism, Paganism, Taoism, Shintoism, Sikhism, hell - even followers of the ancient
Egyptian religion.
The fact that life is complex proves nothing of a higher being, especially any ONE particular being.
The concept of religion was created back before science could explain a damn thing. Therefore, most every religion was created out of two things: ignorance and fear. No one knew what life was about. People were scared because they weren't sure how to explain life or death, or what happened to people when they died.
Religion was created as a safety net to make people feel safe whilst they played out their lives, frighteningly waiting for death and what came with it. After it was created, people band-wagoned on the ideology because it was all they knew - it was how they were raised.
Give me SCIENTIFIC proof that any god exists. (I do believe there are higher powers - don't get me wrong. But I don't believe any religion has it right. How the hell could humans possibly conceive what powers there might be? Until people start returning from the dead and telling me what they saw or until the day I die myself - there is no real god in my opinion.)
Without PROOF (not a feeling or belief) an argument/opinion means absolutely nothing. Until any religion can come up with cold hard evidence that their belief system is "right," the concept of one true power is simply blind faith. And blind faith is just ignorance in a pretty disguise.
Sorry if I anger anyone with my opinions. We each have our own. If you have an opinion, then you can't get mad at someone else for having one, even if it's different from your own. Suck it up, realize life is bigger than you, and move on with clearer vision.

Proof cannot be found on the periphery.
Proof can be located if a person searches within themselves.
In the scientific community proof is always replaced with another proof, and another, and another. There are humans that actually work a lifetime to disprove another proof.
How does a person give proof that they are sane?
How does a person give proof that they are mentally stable?
It's a comedy, and a work in progress!
Scientists even have scientific proof that 1+1 doesn't equal 2.
It's all absurd, if a person sits down and really thinks about it!
I'm not really here, or am I, what's your proof?

Considering the consequences of not believing in something that a rational person finds absurd, it's would be nice to have some kind of more rational proof. If there's a God who wants my attention, it seems he should be willing to speak in a language that I can understand. The complexity of life can be explained by evolution. God is not required to explain what happens. Notice that there are two basic types of answers here, analytical and warm fuzzy thinking. Warm fuzzy feelings might feel nice, but they cannot explain the natural world.

Complexity is not evidence for god. My computer is complex but god didn't create it, humans did. Why believe in something when there is no proof?

That's your opinion. I could equally well say look around you for proof of evolution and the self-guided creation of the universe.
The scientific accounts more closely match what we can observe and predict than the biblical accounts do. The reasonable assumption is that the universe made itself without divine help.
Complexity is not a case for belief in god. Please bear in mind that in a very short time we will have computer systems which surpass the human brain. Following YOUR argument takes us to the conclusion that man will surpass god's creation abilities.

That's not a convincing argument. Zeus-worshipers could use the same exact words to "prove" the existence of their chosen deity.
That the world is filled with wondrous complexity is evident. That it was all created (or "intelligently designed") by a supernatural being--and that being is the one worshiped by Jews, Christians, and Muslims--is not.

It’s true; there is no proof or evidence of God. I guess because of this fact so many who haven’t found God have a difficult time trying to understand those who do.
There are two plausible reasons for their persistence. Either the spirit leading within them is close to winning them over or they have consciously chosen to turn their back to God and are jealous of those who continuously believe.

That's not evidence. If you are unable to understand something then just have the guts to say so . Do not fill in the gaps in your knowledge with gods and demons.

Your question reveals that the foolishness which serves you as a substitute for knowledge and reason is a logical fallacy (a flaw in thinking) known as the "Argument From Incredulity"... which is a sub-category of the "Argumentum ad Ignorantiam" (Argument From Ignorance). It is also known as the 'Divine Fallacy'. It goes something like this: "I can't conceive of (or imagine) how this might have come to be; therefore, God did it."
That does not point to a limitation of science, or of nature... rather, it illuminates a limitation of YOUR knowledge and/or intellect. Also, it is intellectually dishonest, since it does not (as scientists do) ACKNOWLEDGE the limitation of knowledge... it merely invokes the fanciful idea of a supernatural creator-entity to manifest the ILLUSION that your ideas correlate to 'facts'. Finally... it reveals that you presume, for yourself, a form of omniscience... thinking that goes like this: "If this were understandable, then I should be able to understand (or imagine) it. I do NOT (can not) understand (or imagine) it... therefore it is NOT understandable... and since it is NOT understandable (by me), it logically follows that it cannot be 'true'. Therefore... God did it." (See? Right back to the Argument from Incredulity.)
'Faith' (wishful, magical thinking) is a substitute for evidence.
'Belief' (the internalized 'certainty' that you are privy to the 'truth' pertaining to some fundamental aspect of existence and/or reality) is a substitute for knowledge... i.e., the ILLUSION of knowledge.
faith + belief = self-delusion and willful ignorance
