Having braces has nothing on kissing. All it is correction on the teeth. I have braces and when kiss my girlfriend the braces don't even touch her. She said that she can't tell the difference from now and when I didn't have them. SO no don't worry.

I kissed a boy with braces before and his braces kept bumping my teeth and it was an awful feeling, like more annoying than scraping nails on a chalkboard.

No, having braces won't affect how you kiss. You only kiss with your lips and sometimes your tounge. No teeth involved. Best of luck!

Not really...unless there are poking wires that may hurt your partner.
You can tryto buy "kissing covers", its a plastic covering to your braces..just to be sure.
Happy kissing!
