I have been dating this girl and, me and her just went out on our 4th date, I was just woundering what I should do I really like her and she really likes me and I was woundering if I should ask her to be my girlfriend or not ask her and see where it leads. What would you do? How many dates should I go on before asking her that?

Take her on a few more dates like 2 or 3 more.
Afterwards, ask her, and tell her to be honest, just say i feel like were really hitting things off, and i really like you. I respect your answer no matter what it is.
Then ask her.
She'll respect the fact that you respect her answer regardless of what it is. She'll probably feel more comfortable with you that you were honest, at least from a girls point of view, i would.

the best idea is not ask her --- just keep dating --- if there is something between you those feelings will grow and you will never need to ask
