I do all you mentioned. I have a very strict routine. It’s not the coming and going I am worried about. What is worrying me is that she gets very upset at simple things, not obvious ones. Like a bug in the room, a piece of mud in the porch, when I put out my cigarette with my right hand instead of left, when I am in the tub and I use liquid soap instead of the bar or when I breath different. She gets stressed out, but not aggressive. She barks, she paces, whines and freaks out over these things. For example tonight when I lit the bbq she was just fine. After 10 min she started barking at the grill and salivating (Nothing on the grill yet) and grabbed the leg of the grill and tried to run off with it! When we stopped tried to stop her she stood in front of the grill, did not growl but tried to fend us off. Then she took the tongs and started to try and bury them. What is that???

Separation anxiety is a specific condition that, by definition, occurs only when you leave your dog. Your dog is exhibiting pretty severe anxiety in your presence and this behavior isn't normal.
Has she always been like this or is this new?
Sometimes behavior problems are symptoms of an underlying physical problem like hypothydrodism or even seizure activity. I do not know what your vet has said but I would take a list of these strange occurrences and find a good vet that you can discuss this with in depth.
If it is not a physical problem then you can deal with behavioral problems through exercise, diet and training. I do think you need to know because this is odd behavior.

Wow!!! Ok. So - seems like you need to talk with your vet about all of this. I am serious. This seems really really excessive.
I have a dog that gets all worked up over skateboarders, so yesterday we say and watched the skateboarders for 30 minutes before he finally relaxed. But these are loud, fast moving, flying through the air kids. The fact that your dog freaks out over which hand you flick out a cigarette and a bug in the room makes it seem like she might be (genetically) unstable. There are medications that they give to dogs, like doggie prozac. And that might be something you should discuss with your vet.
How old is she?
The other thing you can do - since desensitization training is going to be a little difficult since so many random things set her off - is keep her on a leash and when she starts to act frenzied, stop her. The leash makes it easy to "get" to her. And you make her sit and calm down. You may need to have her drag around her leash in the house while you are there. But when she acts up, get control immediately. Give her a correction, make her sit and give her a treat - get her mind snapped out of the "frenzy" state.
it is importand for you, at all times not to get frustrated, upset or mad (I know, that's gonna be hard here!!), but to stay calm and simply firm with her. Let her know that her behaviour is not going to be tolerated. Bring her back out of the frenzy and then go back to your activity - by all means - you should be able to use whatever soap you want in peace!!

I think you should consult a specialist in canine behaviour and obedience training. These sound like some complex and deep-rooted behaviours!
